University Heights & University Highlands

University Heights and University Highlands are established southwest Flagstaff communities known for mature ponderosa pines, larger homes and convenient access to the center of town. Their elevated and forested setting provides a residential mountain feel while remaining close to Northern Arizona University, downtown Flagstaff, shopping, trails and Interstate 17. The area offers an appealing balance between an established neighborhood environment and everyday accessibility.
